With this new upgrade Neon City grows near 500 prefabs where you can find tons of modular blocks and also a significant number of decoration elements among them.
The 1.2 version is focused on improving the asset library for creating buildings with interiors but also includes many new features staring for a cool new demoscene to new textures and pbr materials (2k size). All meant to be used both top/down or 3rd person. Your choice.
