Top Down wizzard

Improving the formula used for "Top Down Library" this library contains scripts for making your environment work on top down mode using several height levels. Compared with it's old version this one is easier to use and more versatile. Nevertheless is relevant to remember this tool has been created for testing game levels and are not prepared for certain functions that might be relevant in a real gameplay. Use it at your own risk.
